About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Ak Gamyş website. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry, you accept them.

No online booking

This website is not a booking engine. There is no checkout and no online payment. Submitting an enquiry, requesting a tour, or requesting a Trip Planner itinerary places you under no obligation and forms no contract. A booking exists only once we have confirmed your journey and its price in writing and you have accepted it.

Prices and itineraries

Prices shown as “from” are indicative starting points per person, depend on group size, season and inclusions, and may change until confirmed in writing. Itineraries — including those produced by the Trip Planner — are illustrative outlines, not guaranteed schedules. Routes may be adjusted for weather, permits, road conditions or safety.

Permits, visas and travel documents

Entry to Turkmenistan requires a visa and, in most cases, a letter of invitation. We provide visa support as part of our journeys, but the issuing of visas and permits is at the sole discretion of the authorities. You remain responsible for holding valid travel documents and insurance.

Content and intellectual property

All text, photographs, maps, branding and design on this site belong to Ak Gamyş or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Accuracy

We take care to keep information current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites and uses third-party map tiles. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
