One of the key hotels of the Balkan region, the Charlak rises seven storeys on the Caspian coast at Turkmenbashi, looking out to the sea on one side and the coastal mountains on the other — the upper floors are especially fine at sunset.
Its 80 rooms and suites (for around 140 guests) are backed by generous facilities: an indoor pool, a fitness centre and spa with massage, a restaurant and ground-floor bar, a banquet hall and a 90-seat conference room, a children’s playground and covered parking, with Wi-Fi throughout.
It makes a comfortable, well-equipped base for the Caspian coast, a short drive from the resort beaches of nearby Awaza.
