Ak Gamyş is a travel agency based in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, arranging private inbound journeys. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

• Enquiry forms: your name, email address, country, travel dates, number of travellers, the tour or destinations you selected, any Trip Planner selections, and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Analytics (only if you consent): anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and approximate region. We do not use these to identify you.
• Essential cookies: a small cookie recording your cookie choice.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data solely to answer you and to plan the journey you asked about. We use newsletter emails only to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. Analytics, where consented, help us understand which content travellers find useful.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your request (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective travellers. Newsletter and analytics are processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set after you press “Accept”. Choosing “Essential only” means no analytics cookies are set.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: our hosting provider, our email provider (to deliver your enquiry and our reply), and, where consented, our analytics provider. Each acts on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing.
